We measure the ratio of the efficiencies to identify a bottom quark jet with the SecVtx algorithm in data and Monte Carlo. This scale factor (SF) measurement uses a double-tag technique similar to the innovative technique developed in CDF6291, but affords lower systematic errors by directly measuring (SF) rather than the SecVtx efficiency. The systematic uncertainty is dominated by the the MC statistics because the method eliminates the systematic uncertainty due to the heavy avor measurement of the sample. With more MC statistics this method should yield a lower systematic uncertainty than previous SF measurements in Run II. The result is (SF) = 0.811 +/- 0.024 (stat) +/- 0.058 (syst).
